Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide security architectures and zero-trust frameworks.
- Conduct deep-dive vulnerability assessments and lead threat-modeling sessions for cloud-native applications.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for security compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate 'Security as Code' into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain security roadmaps to proactively address emerging cyber threats.
- Lead incident response strategy and forensic analysis protocols during critical security events.
- Mentor junior security engineers and promote a culture of proactive security hygiene.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of professional experience in information security architecture or engineering.
- Professional certifications required: CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
- Extensive experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud security configuration and management.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM, encryption protocols, and network segmentation strategies.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical security controls and business requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
