Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise-grade security solutions across hybrid-cloud environments.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of next-generation identity and access management (IAM) protocols.
- Conduct deep-dive vulnerability assessments and orchestrate incident response strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to embed 'Security by Design' principles into the SDLC.
- Mentor security analysts and drive internal training programs on secure coding practices.
- Manage regulatory compliance standards, including NIST, SOC2, and FedRAMP frameworks.
- Represent the security organization in high-level architectural review boards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in security architecture or engineering roles.
- Advanced proficiency with AWS/Azure security services and container orchestration (Kubernetes) security.
- Expertise in zero-trust architecture and cryptographic implementation.
- Industry-standard certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex security bottlenecks.
- Strong communication skills capable of translating technical threats into executive-level risk assessments.
