Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of comprehensive Zero Trust frameworks across multi-cloud environments.
- Conduct deep-dive threat modeling and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in mission-critical infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce enterprise-wide security standards, policies, and protocols in alignment with NIST and SOC 2 frameworks.
- Orchestrate automated incident response workflows and lead forensic investigations for high-priority security events.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging security technologies including AI-driven EDR and advanced encryption modules.
- Provide expert technical mentorship to junior security engineers and cross-functional DevOps teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership capacity.
- Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, or CCSP.
- Expert-level proficiency in securing AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience with IAM, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and network security virtualization.
- Proven ability to communicate complex security concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical departments.
- Strong background in compliance auditing and regulatory alignment for federal or financial sectors.
