Sentinel Nexus Solutions is at the forefront of digital resilience. We are seeking a visionary Senior Cybersecurity Architect to join our elite defense team in San Francisco. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and overseeing the security posture of our enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, ensuring our clients remain impervious to evolving global threats.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust, scalable security architectures for hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
- Lead vulnerability assessment programs and orchestrate remediation strategies with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) policies to secure remote and internal access points.
- Perform deep-dive forensic analysis and threat modeling to identify potential security gaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure full compliance with SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards.
- Mentor junior security analysts and contribute to the internal Security Incident Response Team (SIRT).
- Manage and optimize SIEM/SOAR platforms to improve incident detection and automated response capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in information security, specifically in cloud architecture.
- Deep expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP security configurations and identity management.
- Current certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Go, or PowerShell) for security automation.
- Demonstrated experience in network security protocols and cryptographic standards.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical threats into actionable business insights for non-technical leadership.
