Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures that align with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive risk assessments and threat modeling for cloud and hybrid environments.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of cutting-edge security tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate 'Security by Design' into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive security policies, standards, and incident response frameworks.
- Mentor junior security engineers and promote best practices across the engineering department.
- Monitor emerging cyber threats and lead the technical response to high-impact security incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or information security engineering.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Zero Trust architecture.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Go for automation.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks including SOC2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex risks to stakeholders.
