Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust security architectures for cloud-native and on-premise environments.
- Lead threat modeling exercises and perform comprehensive risk assessments for new software rollouts.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated security testing into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
- Serve as the technical lead for incident response and digital forensics during high-severity security events.
- Develop and enforce enterprise-wide security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor junior security engineers and promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.
- Evaluate and deploy cutting-edge security technologies, including Zero Trust frameworks and IAM solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of professional experience in information security, architecture, or engineering.
- Deep understanding of cloud security architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Go for security automation.
- Industry-recognized certifications: CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or equivalent.
- Expertise in compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOC2, and GDPR.
- Proven ability to communicate complex security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
