Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-level security architecture, including cloud and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Lead threat modeling exercises and perform comprehensive risk assessments for new and existing systems.
- Establish, document, and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge security technologies (SIEM, EDR, IAM, ZTNA) to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement 'Security by Design' principles throughout the SDLC.
- Provide expert guidance for incident response strategies and post-mortem forensic analysis.
- Stay ahead of emerging security threats through continuous research and proactive security posture optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity architecture or information security engineering.
- Deep understanding of cloud security frameworks (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Advanced proficiency with networking protocols, encryption standards, and secure application development.
- Active industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or CCSP.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Zero Trust architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
