Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise-level security architecture, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Lead security strategy for critical systems, ensuring compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2 standards.
- Conduct deep-dive vulnerability assessments and threat modeling to identify and mitigate systemic risks.
- Act as the primary technical lead for incident response planning and post-mortem analysis.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate 'Security by Design' principles into CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior security analysts and engineers on advanced threat detection and hardening techniques.
- Present security posture briefings to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or information security engineering.
- Deep expertise in AWS/Azure security best practices and IAM policies.
- Strong proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation.
- Industry-recognized certifications are highly desired (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or GIAC).
- Proven experience in network security, endpoint protection, and SIEM/SOAR integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business impact.
