Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-level security architectures for hybrid cloud environments.
- Lead threat modeling exercises and perform rigorous security risk assessments.
- Establish corporate security policies, standards, and technical controls.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for incident response and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate DevSecOps practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Evaluate and pilot emerging security technologies and automated defense tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior security analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in information security architecture or systems engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Zero Trust frameworks.
- Proven experience with IAM, SIEM, EDR, and network security protocols.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks like SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
