Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise security solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Lead threat modeling exercises and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate systemic risks.
- Provide expert technical guidance on Zero Trust architecture and identity access management (IAM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate 'Security by Design' principles into the SDLC.
- Manage incident response protocols and perform deep-dive forensics on sophisticated threat actors.
- Develop and enforce compliance standards aligned with NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP requirements.
- Mentor junior security engineers and cultivate a culture of security awareness across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in security engineering or architectural design.
- Deep proficiency in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud security configuration and management.
- Strong background in network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.
- Proven track record with scripting languages (Python, Go, or PowerShell) for automation.
- Industry-leading certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly desired.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
