Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust zero-trust security architectures for cloud-native and on-premise environments.
- Conduct deep-dive security risk assessments and provide strategic remediation roadmaps.
- Lead threat modeling exercises to identify potential attack vectors across complex application stacks.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to integrate security-as-code into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of advanced SIEM, SOAR, and EDR solutions.
- Mentor junior security analysts and promote a culture of proactive security awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in security architecture or senior security engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in AWS/Azure cloud security controls and identity management (IAM).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale security solutions in regulated environments.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or GIAC).
- Expert knowledge of modern encryption standards, network protocols, and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex risks to non-technical stakeholders.
