Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architecture for cloud-native and hybrid environments.
- Lead threat modeling exercises to proactively identify and mitigate systemic vulnerabilities.
- Oversee the deployment of Zero Trust security frameworks across global operations.
- Partner with DevOps and IT teams to embed security best practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Conduct regular architectural reviews and risk assessments for new product integrations.
- Serve as a technical mentor to junior security analysts and engineers.
- Manage incident response strategies and drive post-mortem analysis for high-priority security events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in security architecture, information security, or network defense.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud security paradigms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SABSA.
- Proven expertise in identity and access management (IAM), encryption standards, and network security protocols.
- Strong background in scripting (Python, Go, or PowerShell) for security automation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
