We are looking for a proactive professional who can manage high volumes of inquiries with grace and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product and Sales.
- Utilize CRM software (Zendesk/HubSpot) to document interactions, track ticket progress, and maintain accurate customer databases.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose actionable solutions to improve product features and service protocols.
- Train and mentor junior support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, technical difficulties, and account updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Proven track record of handling difficult situations with empathy and professional composure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
