Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our product suite, guiding users through advanced features and troubleshooting steps.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and product feedback in our CRM to help improve overall product development.
- Mentor junior support staff and actively contribute to the expansion of our internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical bugs.
- Analyze support metrics to identify recurring trends and propose proactive solutions to reduce ticket volume.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in a B2B or B2C customer support role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating technical jargon into simple terms.
- Proficiency with modern CRM and helpdesk software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
