- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues to provide effective and timely resolutions.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Identify trends and recurring issues to provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Escalate complex cases to senior management or specialized departments when necessary.
- Contribute to team knowledge bases and training materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer support or client services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.
