Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior management or technical support teams.
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and compliance standards at all times.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer pain points and product improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Service role.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a neutral accent preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
