Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Analyze customer issues to provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Service role.
- Fluent in English (Verbal and Written) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules (Rotating shifts).
