Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Analyze customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate matters to supervisors or technical teams when necessary.
- Maintain precise records of all customer interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Adhere to all quality assurance standards, call scripts, and compliance regulations.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must be based in Metro Manila (Taguig/BGC area) or willing to relocate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent preferred.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating CRM software.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (Home-based or Office).
