Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Log detailed and accurate information into our CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to improve service protocols.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to management when necessary to prevent customer churn.
- Maintain a high standard of call quality and adhere to KPI metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a 'customer-first' mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
