Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and reduce churn.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Onboard new clients and ensure they understand the value of our platform.
- Analyze customer feedback to suggest product improvements to the engineering team.
- Maintain a high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score through efficient communication.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
