Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Conduct regular health checks and strategic reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on user experience and feature requests.
- Develop and deliver onboarding materials and training sessions for new clients.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system to track customer interactions and progress.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and exceeding retention goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
