Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries across multiple channels including voice, chat, and email with a premium service mindset.
- Analyze complex customer issues and provide data-driven solutions to achieve first-call resolution (FCR).
- Maintain a high standard of quality assurance according to global brand benchmarks and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve systemic product issues and improve the customer journey.
- Mentor junior associates and provide real-time floor support to ensure team-wide achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within enterprise CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a premium BPO or international call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets.
- Proficiency with modern CRM tools and multi-channel support software.
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or equivalent professional certification.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts and weekends.
