Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing complex product inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Guide new users through a seamless onboarding process to maximize product adoption and long-term customer retention.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical product issues, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to proactively identify risk and upsell opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive self-service documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Lead live webinars and training sessions to educate clients on new feature releases and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing support or success role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with modern support tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or Jira.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of handling escalations gracefully.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into simple instructions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
