Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.Manage and resolve complex client inquiries with speed and empathy via phone, email, and live chat.Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand client needs and identify upsell opportunities.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate user feedback and drive product improvements.Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring 100% data integrity.Train new clients on product features and best practices to ensure successful onboarding.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Support within the SaaS or Technology sector.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; native-level fluency in English is required.Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
