Responsibilities
- Execute strategic onboarding for enterprise-level clients to ensure seamless platform adoption.
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for high-value accounts, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential churn risks through data-driven health monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for client-requested features and enhancements.
- Drive account expansion and renewals by demonstrating a deep understanding of client business goals.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to showcase ROI and strategic value to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior support staff on best practices for high-conversion communication and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or high-tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts with high retention rates.
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and Zendesk.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional empathy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
