Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for enterprise-level accounts to ensure rapid time-to-value.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex technical inquiries, utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve issues across multiple platforms.
- Analyze customer health metrics and usage data to proactively identify risk factors and implement retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to translate customer feedback into actionable feature requests and product improvements.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders to align our solutions with their evolving business objectives.
- Develop and maintain high-quality self-service documentation and video tutorials to empower our user community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-touch customer success or account management role, specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Mastery of CRM and support ecosystems, including Zendesk, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
- Exceptional command of the English language with a focus on persuasive and empathetic communication.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients while meeting or exceeding Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic recommendations.
