Responsibilities
- Manage high-value client accounts with 95%+ retention targets
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities through CRM analytics
- Lead complex issue resolution across multiple departments
- Mentor junior specialists through peer coaching sessions
- Develop quarterly success plans with measurable KPIs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Present client insights to executive leadership team
Qualifications
- 3+ years in BPO/Customer Success management
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Fluent in English with excellent presentation skills
- Experience handling VIP client portfolios
- Certified in CRM or Customer Experience (CX) preferred
- Proven ability to analyze customer behavior data
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
