Qualifications
- 5+ years in BPO/Customer Success with SaaS or tech clients
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Proven track record in reducing churn by 20%+
- Fluent English with exceptional written/verbal communication
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies preferred
- Experience managing offshore teams across APAC regions
- Strong data analysis skills with SQL/Excel expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
