Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve escalated customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert solutions and proactive guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical support, sales, product) to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to knowledge base development
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolution outcomes
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Analyze customer feedback trends to inform product enhancements and service improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume call center or BPO environment
- Proven track record of handling complex customer escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
- Certification in customer service or conflict resolution is a plus
- Ability to thrive in shift-based schedules including weekends and holidays
