Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Proactively monitor customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunities for account expansion.
- Orchestrate seamless onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-value for new clients.
- Lead complex issue resolution by collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
- Develop and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ongoing ROI to stakeholders.
- Curate internal knowledge base content to empower the wider support team and improve self-service efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a premium customer success or high-touch account management role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional diplomacy.
- Advanced proficiency in modern CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable client insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure escalations with empathy and tactical precision.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
