Responsibilities
- Lead high-value client onboarding and strategic account planning for Fortune 500 partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex technical inquiries and product escalations.
- Analyze customer health metrics and usage patterns to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer-requested features and UX improvements.
- Conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) with key stakeholders to demonstrate ROI.
- Mentor junior support associates and contribute to the internal knowledge base for continuous workflow optimization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SaaS customer success, account management, or high-level support.
- Proven track record of maintaining high retention rates and managing $500k+ in annual recurring revenue.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM and support tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Gainsight.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
