Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for 15-20 enterprise clients
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and present ROI insights to C-level stakeholders
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams
- Resolve complex escalations and champion product improvements internally
- Analyze customer health metrics to proactively address churn risks
- Lead customer advisory board initiatives to shape product roadmap
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in customer success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years in customer success/account management (SaaS preferred)
- Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with analytical proficiency
- Certification in Customer Success (CCXP, CSM) preferred
- Experience managing enterprise accounts ($100K+ ARR)
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer feedback into action
