Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive customer success plans for enterprise clients
- Analyze usage data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
- Champion customer feedback to influence product roadmap
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
- Implement health scoring systems to predict churn risks
- Collaborate with product team on feature enhancement requests
- Track and report on key metrics (NPS, retention, expansion)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B customer success or account management
- SaaS industry experience with complex product ecosystems
- Proven track record of exceeding retention targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong data analysis and strategic planning skills
- Certification in Customer Success (CCXP, CSM) preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with enterprise-level contract negotiations
