- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders
- Resolve escalated customer issues with speed and empathy
- Analyze customer health metrics to drive retention strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to advocate for client needs
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success or account management roles
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting retention and growth targets
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Data proficiency with experience creating success dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- SaaS industry experience strongly preferred
