Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized customer success plans to achieve 95%+ retention rates
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with enterprise clients to identify growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives between Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve complex escalations
- Analyze customer usage data to identify at-risk accounts and implement proactive retention strategies
- Train clients on advanced platform features to maximize adoption and ROI
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in customer lifecycle management
- Document customer feedback to influence product roadmap improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success or account management with SaaS experience
- Proven track record of reducing churn and expanding account value
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM) preferred
- Experience managing enterprise accounts ($50K+ ARR)
- Strong data literacy with ability to create actionable insights
- Resilience under pressure with demonstrated conflict resolution abilities
