Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for 50+ enterprise clients to boost adoption and retention rates
- Act as primary point of contact for high-value accounts, proactively identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to translate client feedback into actionable product enhancements
- Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and strategic alignment
- Mentor junior team members and refine customer success methodologies
- Analyze usage data to identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer success/account management experience in SaaS or tech
- Proven track record of reducing churn and increasing expansion revenue
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Certification in Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred)
- Experience with data analysis tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
