Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value enterprise clients
- Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through deep product knowledge
- Lead quarterly business reviews and present actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate client feedback
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction scores through personalized engagement
- Onboard new clients with customized implementation roadmaps
- Analyze customer health metrics to predict and prevent churn
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in relationship management
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B customer success/account management within SaaS
- Proven track record of reducing churn and expanding accounts
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with C-level executives
- Experience developing and presenting strategic business reviews
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM) preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with creative solution-oriented mindset
