Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for 50+ enterprise clients to maximize retention and expansion revenue
- Proactively identify growth opportunities through deep product usage analysis and business health assessments
- Lead complex contract renewals and upsell initiatives with executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive feature enhancements based on client feedback
- Mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing and best practices workshops
- Champion customer advocacy initiatives including case studies, testimonials, and reference programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B customer success/account management with SaaS enterprise clients
- Proven track record exceeding retention targets (90%+) and expansion revenue goals
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and customer analytics tools (Gainsight, Totango)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical solutions to business outcomes
- Strong data analysis capabilities with experience creating executive dashboards
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CCSM) or equivalent preferred
