Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized success plans for enterprise clients to maximize retention and growth
- Act as primary strategic advisor, identifying upsell opportunities and driving product adoption
- Analyze customer data to proactively address pain points and enhance satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and improve service workflows
- Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and value realization
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of success methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B customer success or account management experience in SaaS/tech
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and upsell targets in high-growth environments
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop data-driven action plans
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CCSM) or equivalent preferred
