Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key enterprise clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute client success strategies to ensure high retention and expansion (Net Revenue Retention).
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic health checks to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and drive product improvements.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and immediate value realization.
- Train clients on best practices and advanced features to maximize platform utilization.
- Manage and resolve complex customer escalations with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding retention and revenue growth targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) and data analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management is a plus.
