Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and growth targets
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools
- Certification in Customer Success (CCXP or CSM) preferred
