Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized customer success plans to drive adoption and retention
- Act as primary liaison for high-value clients, addressing complex inquiries and resolving escalations
- Analyze usage data to identify growth opportunities and upsell potential
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmaps
- Implement and optimize customer health metrics to proactively identify at-risk accounts
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align client objectives with our solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and upsell targets
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Customer Success (CCXP) or related field strongly preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology industry required
