Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for 50+ enterprise accounts
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and upsell potential
- Collaborate with product team to translate customer feedback into actionable insights
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with C-level stakeholders
- Implement and optimize customer health scoring systems
- Mentor junior success specialists on advanced relationship management
- Drive cross-functional projects between sales, product, and support teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B customer success or account management
- Proven experience with enterprise-level SaaS clients ($100k+ ARR)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM, CCXP) preferred
- Strong data literacy with ability to derive insights from customer metrics
- Experience managing customer health scoring and risk mitigation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
