Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for high-value enterprise accounts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve complex escalations within SLAs
- Analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements
- Mentor junior team members and implement best practices in customer engagement
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align on customer needs and market trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success or client management with SaaS/tech experience
- Proven track record of reducing churn and increasing retention rates
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with $100K+ ARR
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
