Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Analyze complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the technical and product teams to escalate and resolve recurring issues.
- Proactively monitor customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to service protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer support or service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while meeting strict KPI targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
