- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries by analyzing issues and providing accurate, timely solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Technical Support) to escalate issues and improve service protocols.
- Identify trends and recurring issues to provide feedback that helps shape product improvements and service policies.
- Conduct product training for new clients to ensure they maximize the value of our services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to think critically under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
