- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on speed and quality.
- Log all interactions and resolutions accurately into our CRM software.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with the product team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
