Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge and service policies to answer inquiries accurately.
- Adhere to call quality metrics and KPIs set by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (relevant experience is a plus).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
