Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with high professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance client value.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to company scripts, policies, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or Call Center environment.
- Fluent in English (Verbal and Written) with a neutral accent preferred.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
