Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Utilize CRM software (Zendesk/Intercom) to accurately log interactions and update customer records.
- Identify, assess, and resolve customer concerns regarding products, services, and billing.
- Escalate complex issues to the Senior Team Lead or Quality Assurance department when necessary.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
- Provide product information and technical support to clients with varying levels of technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Service role.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); excellent communication and pronunciation skills are mandatory.
- Proficient in using computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Must be willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
