Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Utilize CRM software (Zendesk/Intercom) to accurately log interactions and update customer records.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve customer concerns regarding products, services, and billing.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Senior Team Lead or Quality Assurance department when necessary.
  • Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
  • Provide product information and technical support to clients with varying levels of technical expertise.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Service role.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); excellent communication and pronunciation skills are mandatory.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Must be willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
